Youku to co-produce, distribute children's content with BBC, Genius Brands, Viacom

Youku, the Alibaba-owned online video hub, has signed partnership agreements with global entertainment companies BBC Studios, Genius Brands and Viacom International Media Networks to co-produce and distribute children's animations. Youku signed a memorandum of understanding with VIMN, a division of Viacom, and a deal with BBC Studios to distribute content from its kids' channel, CBeebies.
