YouTube to increase staff monitoring for content violations

Google has announced further efforts to remove inappropriate content from YouTube after a number of advertisers withdrew business due to concerns of extremist videos alongside their names. More staff will be hired to monitor content, taking the total number of people across Google working to enforce content policies to over 10,000 in 2018, the company said.
