ZEE5 adopts CSG customer data platform to deliver personalized cross-channel streaming offering

CSG has expanded its partnership agreement with Indian OTT streaming service platform ZEE5. With CSG's customer data platform, ZEE5 integrates its customer data with a unified platform for a data-driven approach to create customer services. Access to customer data worldwide is designed to generate information mapping that provides ZEE5 with insights into customers' content preferences. This is expected to support content decisions for ZEE5's streaming service to develop customer loyalty and increase new customer acquisition.
