Zenterio buys the other 75% of Adscribe

Swedish television technology and services provider Zenterio said it has acquired the remaining 75 percent of UK-based advertising technology and analytics company Adscribe. The CEO of Adscribe, Donal O'Connor, said its goal is to help operators effectively measure and monetise their platforms. Access to Zenterio's customers and partners gives it a global reach that would be difficult to achieve in isolation, he added.
