Ziggo customers start Facebook campaign on complaints

A group of consumers has started a campaign on Facebook about problems with UPC and Ziggo's services since they integrated their networks. The group said Ziggo is not taking seriously enough the research by the consumers union into the complaints. Complaints include channel changes and poor picture quality, as well as difficulties reaching the customer service, price changes and other issues. The group called on other customers of the cable operators who experience problems to sign up to the campaign on Facebook (http://on.fb.me/1Fqc9oQ). They also plan to write to the responsible minister

I have such a horrible experience with Ziggo - they have automatically transferred my private account onto my company name (without my agreement), they refused to change it (saying that I explicitly agreed to that, but failing to prove that to me).... Wait every time 30-45 minutes to get their klantservice .... got brushed off by their online help when I could not log in the internet account....... after spending 2 hours waiting and getting transferred from one to another, finally I was told that I could not log in because they transferred my private account to the company one (but failed to explain to me, why then I cant login into active account which keeps sending me messages on my email)............... aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh STAY AWAY!!!!!! This company is the worst internet provider I had in past 15 years.....

Agreed terrible products and even worse service. Even the simple things are too hard for them. Customer service ranges from good to lies. Stay away.

Ziggo, as most of the Dutch companies that provide any kind of service in Netherlands, is just terrible. I cannot stress enough how poor the service is. Unfortunately the Dutchies have found the way to make money on the expense of the consumers: Not too many choices in providers, most of them they overcharge, the service is terrible and the employers are rude. Well done guys..
