Ziggo launches first standalone broadband plans

Dutch cable operator Ziggo has launched its first broadband-only subscriptions, no longer requiring customers to take TV. Ziggo said the offer responds to demand from new and existing customers for more flexibility, with especially young people interested in broadband only. Ziggo's main rivals KPN and T-Mobile already offer standalone broadband services.
