Ziggo receives suspicious powder letter

Dutch cable operator Ziggo has launched emergencies procedures after a letter containing an unidentified powder was delivered to its headquarters in Utrecht. No one was allowed in or out of the premises while the contents of the letter were examined, RTV Utrecht reported. The letter was delivered at 10:45 hrs to the mailroom by an unknown source, a spokesperson said. It is not clear if the letter is connected to Ziggo's blocking of The Pirate Bay website, as ordered by a court in The Hague. The court also told XS4ALL to block access; the ISP said it would do so later on 31 January. Both
