Wednesday 17 February 2016 | 11:02 CET | News
The Ziggo Sport channel launched by the Dutch cable operator Ziggo last year is a reason for 14 percent of customers to stay with the provider. Three percent of customers at other providers said they would switch to Ziggo for access to the sports channel, according to research by the Telecompaper Consumer Panel in January. Men were more likely to say Ziggo Sport is a reason to stay with Ziggo, at 23 percent versus 8 percent of women. Almost three times as many men (14%) as women (5%) said they watch the channel often.
