Ziggo Sport watched by 80% of customers - Liberty Global CEO

The Ziggo Sport channel is watched regularly by more than 80 percent of the Dutch cable operator's TV customers, and close to 40 percent have added Ziggo to their top-10 channel list, according to Liberty Global CEO Mike Fries. Speaking during the analyst call for the company's Q4 results, Fries also said that the first experiences with Vodafone in their Dutch joint venture are good and reiterated Vodafone's comments that converged offerings will be available this year. The companies plan to exploit the cross-selling potential, as only 20 percent of Ziggo customers already have a Vodafone
