Ziggo starts renting out extra home connection equipment

Wednesday 21 November 2018 | 17:04 CET | News
Dutch cable operator Ziggo has started rental services for some of its network equipment. Customers can now also rent routers or Wi-Fi amplifiers. The customer is theoretically borrowing the equipment, paying Ziggo back a fixed amount every month and returning it at the end of their contract. Renting a wired Wi-Fi booster priced at EUR 59 will cost EUR 1 per month. A wireless powerline solution, priced at EUR 99, will cost EUR 2 per month.
