Ziggo tests new customer service app from Techsee

Ziggo has signed a deal with Techsee to use its contact centre technology. The Techsee app will help Ziggo's contact centre provide better service to customers having problems with their home network and in-house cabling, said Ruben Uppelschoten, Vice President Customer Operations, at a Ziggo presentation. The app collects and sends photos over a secure connection, giving the customer service representatives more info. For example, if a customer has a problem installing a router, Ziggo send a SMS to their smartphone with a link to the app. Once the customer approves use of the app and clicks
