Ziggo to compensate customers affected by TV services disruption

Ziggo will compensate customers on an individual basis for the disruption in the company's TV services in the first weekend of September. A company spokesperson made the statement on Tros Radar. Customers who were unable to use Video OnDemand due to the malfunction can submit a compensation request. Ziggo's customer service will then handles the request. Because the malfunction did not affect a whole service or all customers, Ziggo cannot say anything in advance about the form of compensation it will give.
