Ziggo told to adjust claims about real internet speeds

The Dutch Advertising Code Commission has told Ziggo to adjust adverts regarding "growth capacity to 10 Gbps in the future." According to the complainant, Ziggo's claim related to the connection to the local exchange and not to the connection of the customer. The commission said the statements were misleading after Ziggo was unable to sufficiently refute the plaintiff's assertions.
