The Zimbabwe High Court has ruled in favour of the once exiled businessman James Makamba, in his long-drawn Telecel Zimbabwe share ownership battle with a war veterans organisation, Magamba eChimurenga Housing Trust, reports NewsDay. However, in an order granted on 18 October, the court dismissed the trust's application with costs.
