ZTE and Orange to cooperate on 5G testing

ZTE will collaborate with Orange Labs Networks on 5G development and testing, using a European multi-site trial network in the second half of 2018. ZTE said that this new partnership will focus on different types of network architecture, such as network slicing and 5G overlay, and will help Orange assess how to minimise the impact of 5G deployment on its existing 2G/3G/4G networks.
