ZTE, Austrian state of Carinthia start strategic partnership

ZTE has signed a letter of intent with the Austrian state of Carinthia. The aim is to make the state a digital show region of Europe and thus increase its attractiveness. There will be three main cooperation areas: Broadband, Smart Regions and R&D.
