ZTE to help Digicel Barbados expand LTE reach

Wednesday 7 March 2018 | 11:20 CET | News
Digicel Barbados has signed an agreement with ZTE to expand its 4G-LTE network throughout the island, reports local portal Loop News, citing the operator's CEO Alex Tasker. "We're making another important step in the delivery of a world-class network that will keep Barbadians connected at speeds they never imagined," said Tasker, adding that the expansion is a key pillar of the company's Digicel 2030 transformation plan and would above all benefit Barbadians in rural areas.
