ZTE to participate in EU's Horizon 2020, 5G partnership

EU Commissioner Carlos Moedas has invited ZTE CEO Shi Lirong to participate in the European Union's Horizon 2020 programme and to contribute its technology expertise to Europe. The invitation was extended during a meeting in Brussels, where Moedas discussed plans to drive technology development and digitisation in the EU. The commissioner welcomed ZTE to invest in new projects in the region and encouraged the company to participate in the Horizon 2020 programme.
