Zurich court rejects Salt injunction over Sunrise-UPC merger after oral hearing

Swiss operator Sunrise said that the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich has rejected an application from Salt for an interim injunction suspending the planned merger of Sunrise with UPC Switzerland. The Court had summoned Sunrise and Salt for an oral hearing over Salt's application on 14 September.
