Deutsche Telekom and Fraunhofer open IoT development centre in Dortmund
Deutsche Telekom and Germany's Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) have opened their first Internet of Things (IoT) development centre, the Telekom Open IoT Lab, in Dortmund, Germany. Scientists and experts from Telekom and Fraunhofer IML will test IoT products in the manufacturing, logistics and aviation sectors at the center. Fraunhofer scientists will provide hardware and IoT applications expertise at the centre, while Telekom experts will share the company's IoT and cloud products
