Microsoft to launch new hardware at October event - report
Microsoft is set to launch high-end Lumia smartphones, Surface Pro tablets and a new activity tracker at an October press event, according to unnamed sources cited in tech website The Verge. The report suggests that the mobile devices unveiled in October will include the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL running on the Windows 10 Mobile OS. A new Surface Pro-branded tablet, probably the Surface Pro 4, may also be on the agenda, as could be the Surface Mini. Finally, the company will also unveil version two of its Microsoft Band activity tracker at its October event, said the report.
