Netflix inks deal with Warner Bros to produce series of Neil Gaiman's Sandman - report
Netflix has signed a contract with Warner Bros to adapt Neil Gaiman’s graphic novel Sandman into a live-action TV series, Hollywood Reported reported. Sources familiar with the deal said it is the most expensive TV series that DC Entertainment has ever done.

Content makers are looking for the next “Game of Thrones” series, put out by HBO. Amazon announced in 2017 that it had acquired the global TV rights to a new adaptation of The Lord of the Rings, based on the books by JRR Tolkien. Warner Bros is also reportedly in talks with JJ Abram's Bad Robot Pictures, in a content deal worth USD million.
