Samsung introduces Galaxy Tab 3 series
Samsung Electronics has introduced the Galaxy Tab 3 series, which includes the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch and 10.1-inch tablets to be available globally beginning of June. Both tablets feature Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS, 16/32GB (user memory approximately 11.26/26.16GB) with microSD expandable up to 64GB and support Wi-Fi, 3G, LTE, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and GLONASS. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch features 1.5 GHz dual core processor, 8-inch WXGA TFT display, 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera and 1.5GB RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1-inch features 1.6 GHz dual core processor, 10.1-inch WXGA TFT display, 3-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera and 1 GB RAM.

Samsung to use Intel chip in Galaxy Tab 3 - report

Samsung will use Intel's Clover Trail+ microprocessor in at least one version of its Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, someone with knowledge of the situation told Reuters. So far Samsung has used only processors from ARM for its best-selling Android devices, but uses Intel processors in its ATIV in the smaller Windows tablet market.
