SFR adds unmetered calls to mobiles for Neufbox customers
SFR will add at no extra charge unlimited calls to French mobile numbers on 18 January to the new Neufbox Evolution triple-play package. Furthermore, unmetered calls to mobiles can be added as an option costing EUR 3 per month for customers using Neufbox gateways. The move is SFR's reply to Free, whose recently launched Freebox Revolution tariff includes calls to mobiles. SFR charges EUR 37.90 for Neufbox Evolution, or EUR 32.90 per month as part of a multi-pack programme.

Orange France will start offering free calls to mobiles on its ADSL telephony boxes for Orange Open quad-play customers and for EUR 3 a month on triple play bundles on 1 February with the launch of the 'Open 24/7' plan. SFR sells 35,000 Neufbox Evolution gateways in 15 days

French mobile and broadband operator SFR has sold 35,000 units of its Neufbox Evolution gateway and media centre in the first fifteen days, Le Figaro reports.
