Telekom Austria Group extends contract of CEO
The supervisory board of Telekom Austria Group has re-elected Hannes Ametsreiter as CEO of the group. His current contract was due to expire on 31 December. It has now been extended by three years, with the possibility of a further extension of two years. Ametsreiter has been the chairman of the management board and CEO of Telekom Austria Group since April 2009, as well as CEO of A1 Telekom Austria since 2010.

A1 revenues drop 4.1%, mobile service revenues down 6.9%

Telekom Austria's Austrian subsidiary A1 saw its fourth quarter revenues decrease by 4.1 percent year-on-year to EUR 721 million. The EBITDA including restructuring/impairment test effects dropped by 14.1 percent to EUR 186.8 million and the EBITDA excluding those effects dropped 11.8 percent to EUR 199.8 million.
