Vodafone Germany lanceert AI chatbot

De chatbot wordt aangedreven door IBM Watson en is getraind door experience consultants. De chatbot kan klanten ook leiden naar additionele Vodafone-diensten waaronder de MeinVodafone app of hen in verbinding brengen met een klantadviseur wanneer Tobi zelf niet in staat is te antwoorden.
