Ziggo raises tariffs for fixed services
On 1 July, Ziggo will raise its tariffs for all fixed services. Depending on the plan, the triple play plans will go up by between EUR 1 and EUR 2.50. Ziggo offers three internet speeds (Connect Start, Complete and Max) which can be combined with one of their three TV plans (Play Start, Complete and Max). For Connect Start (40/4) with Play Start (70 channels) the monthly charge will go from EUR 45.95 to EUR 47.50. In combination with Play Complete (+VoD) or Play Max (115 channels) the amount will increase by one euro to EUR 55.95 en 67.90 per month.

The plans Connect Complete (150/15) will go up by EUR 2.50 (with Play Start) or with EUR 2.55 with Play Complete or Max to EUR 59.95/EUR 62.50/EUR 74.95. The same increases apply to Complete Max, its fastest internet plan at a speed of 300/30. Depending on the TV plan it will cost EUR 62.50, EUR 70.55 or EUR 82.50 per month.

Ziggo gives as reason for the price increases that the costs for its network have gone up as well as the costs for series, films and sport. The company assured customers of their legal cancellation rights. The promotional price for new customers will be maintained or adjusted accordingly.
