ZUK Z1 phone available in Europe via Amazon for EUR 299
Lenovo-backed smartphone manufacturer ZUK has announced that the international version of its ZUK Z1 handset with Cyanogen OS 12.1 is now available in Spain, Italy, France, UK and Germany via Amazon online stores at a promotional price of EUR 299.99. ZUK launched the Chinese version of the Z1 on 18 August, with the company claiming over 2 million pre-orders within one week. Unlike the Chinese version, the international version comes preloaded with a customised version of Cyanogen OS 12.1, as well as features including a Snapdragon 801 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, a 4,100 mAh battery and a 13-megapixel rear camera. The ZUK Z1 is also the world's first mobile phone that supports the USB 3.0 Type-C port, enabling 5 Gbps data transmission, some ten times faster than USB 2.

Lenovo's smartphone subsidiary ZUK has announced the launch of its new flagship device, the ZUK Z2 Pro, featuring the latest Snapdragon 820 processor with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Zuk Smartphones launches first device in Middle East

Zuk Smartphones, an independent brand backed by the Lenovo Group, has launched its maiden device, the Z1, in the Middle East. Zuk said that, a week after globally launching the Z1 in August, it received over 3 million pre-orders in China, the brand's largest market.
