Antenna Hungaria and 4iG have entered into a cooperation agreement to combine public and private capital and create a strategic telecom infrastructure company in Hungary. As part of the deal, 4iG can acquire a majority stake in Antenna Hungaria.
The parties are expected to decide on their respective contributions to the merged group by mid-October. These will depend on the expected profile of the national telecom company, the finalisation of preliminary agreements, due diligence by Antenna Hungaria and the valuation of assets.
