AT&T opens IoT Innovation studio in Munich in partnership with Nokia
AT&T said that it has opened an IoT Innovation studio in Munich in partnership with Nokia. The studio is a space to showcase the different applications of 5G and IoT, for example to improve asset management and tracking or predictive maintenance of connected fleets. It will give customers a view of the latest innovations relating to connected cars.   

The space will also be a meeting point for innovators to develop new  product with the support of experts from AT&T and Nokia. The partners intend to build partnerships with schools, universities and the wider European technology ecosystem to generate ideas for IoT applications in a variety of industries and sectors.

Under the Docomo contract, Nokia is enabling commercial 5G services for enterprise customers on the islands of the Marianas. Nokia said it already played a key role in the establishment of the Docomo 5G Open Lab, which allows local and global partners to test and collaborate on creating practical products powered by 5G.
