GSMA quick to welcome EC telecoms framework review

Mobile industry group the GSMA has issued a statement welcoming the European Commission's launch of a public consultation on telecoms regulatory reform. The EC said the consultation was called to explore the extent to which European telecoms rules need to be modernised to address changing technology and market conditions.
