Hawaiki Cable expands subsea network, launches direct route to California

Hawaiki Submarine Cable has expanded its subsea network with a direct route to Los Angeles. The new route is expected to offer increased connectivity and route diversity to clients operating between Australia, New Zealand and the US. The new route completes Hawaiki's existing links to the United States, including Hillsboro, Seattle and Hawaii. Los Angeles becomes Hawaiki's third PoP on the US West coast.
