
Full details of the anti-competitive conduct adopted by TIM and Kena haven’t yet been revealed but the report suggests the many low-cost offers reserved exclusively for Iliad customers or ‘winback’ offers for former customers could be the reason for Iliad’s legal action.
The news comes after Open Fiber confirmed earlier this year that it would be taking legal action against TIM following the EUR 116 million fine imposed by Italy’s competition watchdog for abusing its dominant position in the broadband market.
