
Mexican competition watchdog probes telecoms deals

Mexico's competition watchdog CFC has launched an investigation into agreements between telephony operators and TV services providers, Bloomberg reports. CFC claims that agreements between fixed, mobile phone, internet, broadcast and pay-TV operators could represent prohibited concentrations of market power. The agency did not name the companies it would examine in the probe.
