NBC Olympics digital streaming hits 1 bln mins on 10 August

Comcast has announced that NBC Olympics' live streaming of the 2016 Rio Olympics topped one billion minutes for the first time on 10 August. The 1.05 billion minutes figure reached via NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports app is up 232 percent from the equivalent day in London. In fact, the total audience delivery for Wednesday's primetime coverage averaged a 16.5 household rating with 28.6 million viewers, said the company in a statement.
