Dutch telecoms regulator OPTA has published a decision about imposing obligations to Dutch broadcast operators Novec, Nozema Services, Broadcast Newco Two, KPN Telecom and Tennet. OPTA concludes that the Dutch market has a separate national retail market for the receipt of analogue radio signals via the ether. The Netherlands also has a separate national wholesale market for de transmission of analogue radio signals via the ether.
