Belgian operator Proximus has added two quad-play subscriptions to its offer: Tuttimus for consumers and Bizz All-in for business users. Both became available on 17 October. Tuttimus can be aligned to the needs of the customer, with prices starting at EUR 99.95. Each family has its own mobile data bundle, with unlimited internet at home. Depending on use, the customer can select the desired amount of data: 2.5 or 10 GB. Additional mobile subscriptions can be taken for EUR 14 per month (2GB, 120 minutes, unlimited text), EUR 25 per month (5GB, unlimited calls and SMS) and EUR 36 per month (10GB, unlimited).
Internet can be had at 100 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up. The deal provides 10 GB of storage in the Proximus cloud and free access to more than 1.3 million Wi-Fi hotspots using Smart Wi-Fi in Belgium and 20 million spots abroad.
Every family member can make unlimited use of his or her favorite app. Customers can choose from six popular apps: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pokemon Go, Snapchat and WhatsApp. Preferences can be switched once a month.
The TV side of Tuttimus comes with unlimited television on all screens, with each month a blockbuster movie of choice and a favourite TV bundle (sports, kids, entertainment and adult). The regular TV offering of Proximus (80 channels and TV Replay) is included. The subscription also provides three months worth of access to Netflix.
Tuttimus customers can make calls at any hour of the day, unlimited to the fixed and mobile numbers of their family. Call to landlines, national and international, are also included for off-peak hours.
Bizz All-in
For self-employed and small businesses, Proximus has developed an All-in-package that can be tailored to the needs of the business customer, its employees and/or family. Customers can choose how many users they want to add, and how much data these need. Bizz All-in prices start at EUR 95 per month. The number of mobile connections comes in four versions, from 1 GB for EUR 12 per month, to 12 GB for EUR 46 per month.
Customers can make unlimited calls to fixed and mobile numbers and can take their landline to their smartphone, thanks to Bizz Office Switch. The Call Connect option enables customers to manage all their fixed and mobile calls in a professional manner via an app.
Customers can make unlimited use of their favourite app and receive an additional Sim card for their tablet, with 3 GB. They also access a large amount of fixed and mobile Internet.
Proximus offers All-in customers 24/7 support for their business, with same day recovery guarantee. Customers can receive help setting up, inter alia, their business email and cloud solution. The subscription provides 1 TB in the cloud.
