
Rostelecom picks advisers for Tele2 Russia deal - report

Russian national operator Rostelecom has chosen JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and PricewaterhouseCoopers as advisers on an eventual deal to merge its mobile operations with Tele2 Russia, reports Vedomosti. The aim is to draw up a proposal by October. The consultants proposed the company set up a joint venture, in which Rostelecom would own a majority stake.
