Telefonica removes permanence clauses for all Movistar Fusion plans

Telefonica has announced that it's completely removing all permanence clauses tying residential customers to its Movistar Fusion plans. The company hasn't imposed a permanence clause on its mobile plans since 2013 but still required fibre clients to commit to remain with the operator for the first 3 months, a clause it has now removed for both existing and new customers.
