Getronics gets new CEO from parent Bottega
Getronics has named Nana Baffour its new chairman and CEO. Baffour is the majority shareholder of Bottega InvestCo, which recently bought Getronics for USD 220 million. Baffour is now looking to double the company’s size in order to reach revenues EUR 1 billion, through a focus on relationships with customers and partners and its innovative business transformation systems and services.

As part of the management changes, former CEO Mark Cook has been appointed vice chairman to the Getronics Group board of management. In his new role, Cook will take a leading role in future mergers & acquisitions and play a more a more strategic role with senior clients with whom he previously built a strong relationship when in an operational role with the company. Cook will report directly to Baffour.

Also, Paul Fox will become CEO of the company’s UK operations. Fox previously ran new business sales for Getronics UK and led global business development activities.
