Netflix planning USD 2 bln debt offering
Netflix is planning an offering of senior unsecured notes worth USD 2 billion. The issue will be for USD dollar and euro denominated notes. The company said it will put net proceeds towards general corporate purposes, including content acquisitions, production and development, capital expenditures, investments, working capital and potential acquisitions or other strategic transactions.
