Telefonica Global Solutions and Samsung have signed a partnership agreement to support service delivery to multinational customers globally. The agreement leverages Telefonica’s competence in global digital and communication services, and Samsung’s expertise in electronics and technology.
The agreement covers marketing, presales, bid management, product and services, global project management, device management and customer services and operations. The partnership will encompass cooperation across both marketing and sales, specifically including joint operational processes and protocols for commercial collaboration and tracking.
The agreement also covers joint product and service development for specific markets and the expansion of mobile device management capabilities and applications.
