Vodafone UK is offering customers on a 4G-ready plan an extra 4GB data free. The offer applies to any customer already on a plan or taking out a 4G offer before the end of October. The operator also announced that the next cities to get 4G coverage will be Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham and Sheffield, from 28 September. The operator first launched 4G service at the start of September in London. Yago Tenorio, Vodafone UK's head of networks, said the launch had gone well and the operator was on track with roll-out plans for the year.
