Movistar introduces Joyn in Spain
Movistar has launched the mobile messaging service Joyn in Spain. The internet-based service working on the international RCS-e standard will offer text chats and voice chats, video-telephony and file transfer. The association of mobile operators (GSMA) introduced the service at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February. The service is available free of charge for Movistar customers using Android-based devices.

Deutsche Telekom has confirmed that the Joyn messaging service will be available to Telekom customers from December.
