Vodafone Germany launches Joyn
Vodafone Germany has launched the messaging service Joyn enabling customers to chat and exchange photos, videos and other data as well as making video calls. Based on the mobile industry's Rich Communications Suite standard, the joyn app can be downloaded free in the Google Play Store and is available for all Android smartphones with version 2.2 or higher. Apps for other smartphone OS and smartphones with joyn software pre-installed will become available shortly. Joyn can be used by Vodafone customers with a Superflat tariff including data&SMS bundles as well as prepaid customers with a data option.
