Netflix renames DVD business Qwikster

Netflix is renaming its DVD rentals business Qwikster, in the latest step to separate its DVD-by-mail and online streaming services. Netflix CEO Reed Hastings announced the change in an apologetic blog posting, where he also took the blame for customer upset over the increased prices for the two services. Qwikster, which was chosen to refer to quick delivery, will continue with the same website, service and terms. It will also add a video games rental service for the Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360.
