The agreement suggests Tele2 has decided to remain in the Norwegian market. The company earlier said it was considering its strategic options, after it failed to acquire additional spectrum in an auction last year. With the help of the new network deal, Tele2 Norway plans to start providing 4G mobile services at up to 40 Mbps on 01 May. The operator said it will begin by including 4G service in its Large and Extra Large subscriptions, with other customers able to access it by autumn at the latest.
