UPC wants all of Ziggo, but what about Germany?

Dutch cable operator Ziggo announced that it rejected a takeover bid from UPC Netherlands' parent Liberty Global, its largest shareholder. After the "inadequate" initial offer, Ziggo said there was no certainty that Liberty Global would come with a revised offer.
