Altice accelerates transformation, buys up suppliers

Altice announced plans to accelerate the transformation of its recent acquisitions and further vertically integrate the company. The announcement follows the takeover of Cablevision and creation of Altice USA to run its activities in the US. Altice said it plans to make its "core strategic, operational and technical capabilities available to its subsidiaries in a more centralized manner to maximize the powerful impact on their operational and financial performance". Altice's subsidiaries will benefit "even more from the know-how, methodologies, best practices, processes and unique services
