Amazon has about 75 million prime members in America which should over the next 3 years increase to 90 million which would every household in America will have a prime member. The price over that time will probably increase $120 for a yearly prime subscription or $12.50 a month for a monthly subscription. Amazon will probably add other benefits such as a loyalty points program with Whole Foods, add a small selection of Audible books and also a selection free comics to prime as perks, because Amazon owns Audible books and Also a comic website. Amazon is killing the competition with the artificial intelligence of Alexa and with this Amazon will gain a major foothold with home and business automation via the smart home and smart office with the internet of things. In the near future the majority of electrical devices will be linked to the internet with Alexa artificial intelligence via the cloud and Amazon has AWS cloud compuing. Meaning the Amazon has developed artificial intelligence being Alexa that will be found in the majority of electrical devices for the smart home\office and controlled and coordinated by Amazon AWS cloud computing.
